I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially Shehab. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Shehab was always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was providing helpful local recommendations or ensuring my room was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—but Shehab’s outstanding service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!

Everything, especially the 3 beautiful receptionist ladies are so kind and supportive for everything with beautiful smile. Also many thanks to the lady who cooked the breakfast, she was providing breakfast even after the schedule of breakfast. Thank you for your service and everything ♥️. Perfect location to be in Cairo as this hostel is in the centre of Tahrir Square... Extremely neat and tidy... Friendly and nice staff. Worth it..go for it...

It felt like home, that’s how I felt. Very comfortable and I found a family. The staff are very caring and make sure the guests feel comfortable and their needs are met. I will definitely miss you and this hostel. Thank you Loli, Do’a, Hesham, Shehab, Lamia and Hossam. I will come back here if I come to Cairo again. Special mention to the three cats, black, grey and three striped on the terrace outside the apartment, grow healthy and big!

This hostel is in a fantastic location, the staff is so kind, I felt like I was at home. The guys are constantly cleaning, the bathrooms are always equipped with toilet paper and soap, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is nice to being able to admire the view of the city and sunset! always varied breakfast, a magnificent place to enjoy your holidays

The reception opens 24 hours a day; the property is close to amenities, underground, the Cairo Museum, and more. The breakfast is decent! My big thanks to all the staff who worked very hard to accommodate me. If you are going to stay in Cairo, I recommend the Tahrir Hostel to you!

This is the best hostel in downtown Cairo. You will feel welcome from the moment you step into the hostel. They also offer complimentary drinks while you wait to check in. Marwa at the reception and Krolus are approachable, friendly and very helpful. You can ask them where to get good and inexpensive souvenirs, and they also offer tours around Egypt. The rooms are nice and very affordable. There is a shared bathroom, but I didn't have any problems with it. The bathroom is well-maintained and clean. I will definitely book here again if I get a chance to go back to Egypt.

I didn’t expect I was going to be that comfortable in this hostel. They behave you profoundly and it is cleaner than what I expected. You cannot find good options a lot in Cairo but even if there would be more, I would give that score
